CALENDAR REVISED FOR SPRING SEASON
Teams Declarations are due from the club no later than 1/7.
The spring season calendar has been revised. No league games will be played in March 2009. The last game date will be May 30 & 31st. The weekend after Memorial Day.
No OPT OUTS are allowed for the spring season. Rescheduling of games for spring break is not allowed. The league does not play Easter Weekend.

VYSA WORKSHOP - VSL TO PAY COACH AND MANAGER ENTRY FEE
The VSL encourages and supports education of our coaches and managers. The VSL will pay the registration fee for all VSL coaches and managers to attend the VYSA Workshop 09. The dates are January 23 - 24, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Arlington, VA.
The VSL has a block of 50 hotel rooms for Friday, January 23rd for reserved for VSL participants. The league will pay the cost of the 50 reserved rooms.

VSL SPRING FEES
Spring 2009 Fees are posted to assist Clubs in the process of forming their spring budgets.
$100.00 deposit per team is due from the club (1 club check for all teams) on 1/15.
Balance of fees due will be posted on the website and due on or before 3/13.

New teams to the league that have not participated in another VYSA Travel League will owe additonal fees for VYSA Dues and Insurance.
The additional fees are:
U10 - U12 $182.00 per team
U13 - U14 $234.00 per team
Teams having participated in ODSL, NCSL, WAGS, BRCL, Skyline, and VCCL in the Fall 08 season will not owe any additional fees for VYSA Dues and Insurance.

Those teams needing corrections or updates, please contact your club representative. The club representative maintains the directory within the club's Gotsport account.
